Europebound is a site that I have dedicated to my experiences while I backpacked Europe for 2.5 months during the summer of 2004. From June 12 to August 23, I had the opportunity to travel around Europe by myself to explore the world we live in.

Meeting new people, making new friends and memories was definitely worth the time and money spent. To relive this experience I have created this site which houses my stories and photos that I took along the way. In addition, the site also includes what I packed, and where and when I stayed. All stories are written by Taku, and all photos seen on this site are taken by Taku. Feel free to explore at your leisure.

NEW: I have started production of U&I Magazine - a quarterly printed photography-based magazine that accepts written and photo submissions from people from around the world. I am always interested in seeing other people's photos and hearing their travel stories so feel free to submit some of your works as well.
